Full Event Backdrop Styling – Luxury Statement Display
Create a beautiful focal point for your celebration with our fully styled backdrop displays. Each package is designed to elevate your space with a carefully curated combination of themed arches, balloons and styling details, tailored to your occasion.
Choose from 3 display options, depending on the size and level of styling you’re looking for:
Mini Display - A 150cm themed arch with coordinating balloon display around the arch, plus a balloon stack.
Full Display - Three themed arches (180cm, 150cm and 120cm), with a balloon installation around the 180cm arch, plus a balloon stack.
Premium Full Display - Our most elaborate option, featuring three themed arches, a larger balloon installation, balloon stack, personalised name/age, premium themed details and cardboard cut-outs for the ultimate wow factor.

Important Information
Booking timeframe - Full event backdrops must be booked a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
Set-up time - Please ensure we have sufficient access to the venue before your event. We require a minimum of:
Mini Display: 30 minutes
Full Display: 1.5 hours
Premium Full Display: 2 hours
Your venue must be ready and accessible when we arrive, with the designated styling area clear and ready for installation.
Delivery & collection - This service currently includes free delivery within a 20-mile radius of RG27 9QH. Deliveries outside this area will incur an additional fee.
Mock-ups - If you haven’t already received one from us, a bespoke mock-up of your chosen design will be provided. This allows us to make sure your display is exactly what you’re looking for before your event.
