Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the courier service.
However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order securely.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and we will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
