All of our items are made to order and personalised based on the information you provide.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, slight variations in colour, finish, and layout may occur.
Personalisation & Proofs
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personalisation details (including spelling, dates, and wording) are correct at the time of ordering.
Where applicable:

A digital proof will be sent for approval

Production will not begin until approval is received
We are not responsible for errors once a design has been approved.
Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Production Times
As all items are made to order:

Proofs are sent within 48 hours (Mon–Fri)

Production takes approximately 3–5 working days after approval
Timescales may vary during busy periods or for more complex designs.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, materials and production may have begun, and cancellation may not be possible.
