Our luxury On-the-Day Wedding Coordination service is perfect for couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding but want the reassurance of an experienced professional to manage everything on the day. Using your carefully prepared plans, we step in around four weeks before the wedding for a detailed handover meeting to review your supplier list, venue arrangements, and logistics in full. From this, we create a clear and refined Wedding Day Order of the Day for all suppliers, highlighting any areas that may need extra attention and offering support with any final outstanding tasks.

On the day itself, we work discreetly and calmly behind the scenes to oversee venue setup, coordinate your suppliers, and keep your timeline running seamlessly. As your dedicated central point of contact, we handle any questions or unexpected issues with quiet efficiency, allowing you, your family, and your guests to relax and fully enjoy every moment of your celebration.

 

This service includes (but is not limited to):

  • Complimentary consultation via phone or Skype

  • Unlimited phone calls and emails within business hours
